And the bad news is that AI has been trained on all of that inaccessible code, so it’s going to be a long time before these tools naturally produce accessible output. That means humans who care about building software that works for everyone, not just the default case, are more important than ever. The work of building software products that are genuinely useful for humans doesn’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon.
